These chinos are made from 100% Zimbabwe cotton with a strong uneven texture and woven at a high density.
The fabric is stiffened once during processing, and then softened to give it a soft texture.
The fabric is processed by beating and scrubbing it repeatedly.
The uneven yarn gives it a vintage feel with a matte color, textured appearance, and smoothness.
