The warp threads are made of doubled extra-long staple uneven yarn, and the weft threads are made of alternating yarns with strong and weak unevenness, creating a herringbone weave.
It expresses the natural unevenness of the warp and weft that is unique to vintage fabrics, a product of the poor spinning technology of the time.
By dyeing it with color-fading dyes, we have created a herringbone fabric that has the luster and smoothness of extra-long staple cotton but also a vintage feel.
