【design】
The USMA M-44 HBT Jacket uses two different types of herringbone fabric with slightly different color combinations to reproduce the two-tone look that also exists in the base vintage clothing.
The front patch and left chest pocket have been enlarged and lowered to make the garment more comfortable to wear. The gas flap at the front has been eliminated, the shoulders have been made more sloping, and the armholes have been lowered and the front has been hollowed out slightly in a three-dimensional way to make it easier to put on the sleeves.
【material】
The warp thread is made of doubled extra-long cotton uneven yarn, and the weft thread is made of alternating threads with strong and weak unevenness to create a herringbone weave, expressing the natural unevenness of the warp and weft that is unique to vintage fabrics and was a result of the poor spinning technology of the time.
[Separate cloth]
The outer fabric is a herringbone pattern using #14 single yarn for the warp and #12 single yarn for the weft.
