[Outer material]
The outer fabric is made of a high density thick weft thread used for 13oz class fabric, while the warp thread is an original fabric that uses cotton waste and is woven at a high density to give it the neppy feel that is a result of the immature spinning techniques of the 1930s.
【design】
Based on the 30's US NAV Y denim jacket, which has a rare simple design resembling a box shirt, the collar has been shortened to create a compact collar shape.
We use a wider than usual rolled stitch machine, which results in a wide stitch overall and slight differences in the look of the finished product, giving it a unique atmosphere.
The stitching is a slightly greenish grey, the buttonholes are shirt holes, and although the buttons were originally made of plastic they have been arranged into original tuck buttons.
The body length is short, giving it a loose silhouette similar to that of a tracker jacket.
The shoulder slope is stronger than the original and the sleeves are simple barrel sleeves, but they have been slightly curved to give them a three-dimensional look.
【processing】
We recreate the vintage look and go through a process that can only be achieved by hand, resulting in a finished product with the feel of an art piece.
*The original tack buttons are made of iron, so they may change over time and become discolored or rusty.
*Since the product has been processed, the texture, color, and damage will vary from item to item.
100% COTTON
