[Outer material]
The warp thread is cotton silk, and the weft thread is a cotton and hemp blend and extra-long staple cotton woven alternately to create a high-density duck fabric. *Thicker than the previous season.
The yarn is dyed using sulfur dye (BLACK only) to create a faded look after washing.
Hemp is the stiffest type of flaxseed yarn, and is used to give the fabric a firm feel. Extra-long staple cotton is used to neutralize the stiffness so that the fabric does not become too stiff.
This duck fabric is made from silk and extra-long staple cotton, giving it a glossy and smooth feel, while fading allows it to show signs of aging.
