Vintage P41 Military Jacket

【design】
Updated based on the vintage USMC P-41 HBT JACKET.
The shoulders are steeply sloping to create a natural look, and there is a moderate amount of room in the body and sleeve width.
The collar is slightly small and curved inwards on the outside to reduce any awkwardness.
The chest pocket has also been detached, making the jacket simpler to wear.
Rather than the typical US military olive color, we went for a refined green with a grayish tint inspired by aggressor colors.

【material】
The outer fabric uses a medium-thick single cotton yarn for the warp and uneven cotton yarn for the weft, with a herringbone pattern pitch that is neither too wide nor too narrow.
After dyeing it a deep olive color with sulfur dye, it is given a vintage treatment, and the uneven weft thread gives it a natural vintage feel.

【processing】
Recreating a vintage look, the product goes through a process that can only be achieved by hand, expressing the natural aging process.
It also reproduces the marks left by the chest pocket that have worn off over time.
