Unlikely Skaters Work Pants

This item is made from vintage work pants from the 1980s that have been processed to give it the feel of the pants skaters grew up wearing.
Work pants are also a skater's uniform.
At the time, they were popular among skaters because they were inexpensive and could be easily replaced if they were torn in a fall, but the worn, faded look and moderate dirtiness create an exquisite atmosphere.
I wondered if I could create something with that same atmosphere but with the size balance of Unlikely, and so I applied a variety of special processing techniques to complete it.
These work pants are difficult to remove color from with normal processing, but we have used a special method to create the look and softness of the fabric that looks like it has been worn for many years.

Fabric
TC high-twist twill, 3/2 twill twill material woven at high density using TC23/2 flame-resistant yarn for the warp and weft.
By using a 3/2 twill instead of a 3/1 twill weave, we are able to create a slightly different texture with a twill weave similar to serge, which allows you to feel the weft slightly.
The dyeing process uses TC two-bath dyeing to produce beautiful colors.
In addition, flame-resistant yarn is used both vertically and horizontally, making it wrinkle-resistant and easy to care for.
