This nylon taffeta material is made in Nomi City, Ishikawa Prefecture, from ultra-fine nylon woven at high density. It uses nylon taslan-processed yarn with a thread count thinner than a human hair, and is washed after production to give it a texture and firmness similar to that of natural fibers. It is an original ATON material that is extremely compact so that it can be easily carried on trips, and is lightweight and durable with strong water repellency.
