This down jacket is an adaptation of the early-model MA-1 flight jacket worn by the US military. We've refined the design to make the sleeves detachable, allowing it to be worn as a vest as well.
The oxygen tab, a detail of the flight jacket used to secure the oxygen mask, has been adapted as a chest pocket, and the cord loops on both sides, originally used to secure the ICS audio plug cord, have been repurposed as a pen holder for recording fishing results.
The inner lining features multiple inside pockets, providing ample storage space.
The forward-swept sleeves, a military detail, serve as a design accent. The action pleats were added to allow for a wider range of arm movement.

This is a high-density nylon twill material made with 100 denier warp threads and 200 denier weft threads.
We've used a medium-weight fabric that isn't too thick.
A lightweight, durable material that is resistant to tearing.
