The front pocket has a double pocket structure with hand warmers and a hidden zipper.
There is a large stretch mesh magazine pocket on the inside.
Elastic ribbing is used at the collar and hem, and two-tiered round ribbing is used at the cuffs for less stress to keep out the cold air.
The front is a lightweight front-opening design that combines the original Pladot buttons and Vislon zippers.

The padding is durable enough to withstand fieldwork in cold climates.
