This 13.5oz selvedge denim is made from high-quality San Joaquin cotton, a long-established American cotton-producing region. It is dyed with pure indigo using a special spinning method, incorporating natural slubs.
We thoroughly analyzed and replicated denim (deadstock) from the 1940s, a prosperous period for denim.
It is slowly woven on an old-fashioned loom with low tension, resulting in a distinctive textured surface.
With repeated washing, it develops a beautiful color and character.
