This is the final layering insulation jacket, equivalent to "LEVEL 7," which is positioned as the outerwear for extreme cold regions within the US military ECWCS layering system that can be used in a variety of climates and situations.
It features a longer silhouette that covers the hips and a quick-fitting hood.
The filling is made of Climashield® APEX 165g/m2 (about 1.6 times the amount of cotton in the SvalbardJKT). As it is the "LEVEL 7", the filling is the largest in Tilak's history.
The three-dimensional hood fits snugly around the head with a weight of 102g/m2, reducing volume and allowing for a one-touch fit.
The outer fabric is made of thin and lightweight PERTEX® QuantumAir, which provides wind resistance, water repellency and rain protection with minimal weight.
Equipped with left and right arm pockets, a front pocket, and an inner pocket on the liner side.
The sleeve ends and neck around the jacket are lined with stretch fabric to keep outside air out while keeping the warm loft air in, and the front pockets are lined with micro fleece on the back of the hand to ensure perfect protection against the cold.
Due to the special purpose of this TMG specification model, the Tilak logo on the chest and the Tika (red dot) on the hood are not placed on the outside.
