This denim is woven slowly over time on a shuttle loom using short fiber nep yarn for the warp and high-quality Supima cotton for the weft. By deliberately using short fibers for the warp, it has a fluffy, vintage feel, while the weft is made of clean long fibers, giving it a refined fullness and soft texture. The denim is created by repeated processes such as soaping, wrinkling, and bleaching by skilled craftsmen, resulting in a distinctive pattern created by fading.
