This new western jean jacket is made using horsehide that has been finished using our original manufacturing method.
Reconstructed based on mid-century period archives.
The contrast between the rough texture of the suede and the accent leather accents on the lapel is particularly eye-catching.
Furthermore, the raw edges are finished with a "koba" treatment by skilled craftsmen, giving the heritage design a touch of sophistication.
The flavor-enhancing process using our original recipe creates a depth of flavor that makes it taste as if it has been cherished for many years.
Material Description: This rough-out leather is made from horsehide, with the back side of the hide napped to create a natural, uneven texture.
The thick, tightly woven texture, reminiscent of pre-war leather products, gives it a high-quality impression. Wear and use will only enhance its character, creating beautiful wrinkles over time.
Lining
This 40/1 high-density linen fabric features a fine texture, a moderate firmness, and a natural washed-linen feel. Upon closer inspection, you'll notice the charming herringbone pattern.
The material features a rich texture and depth, expressed through the unevenness of the surface and the shading created by the dyeing process, with a subtle herringbone pattern that adds a rustic touch.
