CIOTA's M-65 fishtail parka has a clean design without a hood.

The shell and liner are separate parts, so you can enjoy wearing it in three different ways depending on the season and your style: just the shell, just the liner, or with the liner attached to the shell.

The pockets are designed as hand warmers and are lined with highly insulating flannel material.
