This lightweight gabardine material is slowly woven at a weaver's shop in Shizuoka Prefecture. Using fine-count cotton and TC yarns, and weaving at the highest possible density, it creates a firmness and lightness not found in regular cotton. And by dyeing it slowly over a longer period than usual, this original material is characterized by its smooth texture, volume, and deep color.

Based on a basic Harrington jacket, the details have been stripped away to create a slightly relaxed silhouette. The distinctive puckering effect is created by simply washing the product.
