This twill material is woven in Fukui City using tightly twisted nylon yarn for the warp and special Taslan yarn for the weft. It is an original material designed from the yarn and weaving, combining a smooth touch from the tightly twisted warp yarn, a drape like worsted wool, and the volume and firmness of natural fibers from the Taslan yarn for the weft. It also has light water repellency.

This jacket is based on the BARACUTA G9 swing top, which originally spread from golf wear. It retains the powerful details and silhouette of the original, and is fully lined with thin cotton. The cuffs and underside of the collar are made of smooth ribbing made from tightly twisted yarn.
