These shorts are inspired by the food handler pants worn by the US ARMY in the 1960s. The front pockets and one hip pocket like baker pants, as well as the adjuster at the waist are characteristic details of the original. The material is hemp-blended cotton twill, giving it a resort feel. The smooth texture, which is a characteristic of hemp itself, makes it perfect for summer.
