This high-density cotton gabardine is made from pre-dyed, high-twist yarns and cotton waste yarns. It has an overall uneven color, a textured surface, neps, and knots. The fabric is washed and sun-dried, and then tightly packed to create a natural wrinkled look. The finished product is further washed to create wrinkles and puckering.
