This wool twill fabric achieves both crispness and drape by precisely designing the warp and weft densities, which highlights the sharp twill lines. The scales are modified to make the twill lines even clearer and improve dyeability. This creates a deep shading and a unique texture. This flight jacket features a relaxed, oversized silhouette. While maintaining original details derived from the MA-1, it is lightly filled with Thinsulate_ insulation. The subsequent fulling process creates distortions, wrinkles, scuffs, and areas of wear that give it a unique appearance with a balance of ruggedness and elegance.
