It features zippered pockets on the front.
The fabric is sheer, but it's woven so densely that
it doesn't let as much wind through as it appears, yet it's surprisingly breathable.
It also has a bumpy texture similar to seersucker fabric.
While not a functional garment, it's a remarkably impactful one.
