This is a long-sleeved T-shirt with a reverse "CREW" embroidery, pigment-dyed, using the "Knuu" plain body brand from Tokyo.
The body is a heavy 9.5 oz (285g) (26/2 double yarn) jersey T-shirt with pigment processing.
Pigment dyeing is a processing technique in which a fabric that has been pre-treated with a special solvent or other agent is dyed by applying pigments, which are typically used for printing, only to the surface of the fabric, rather than dyeing the entire product or penetrating deep into the fibers. (Also known as pigment dye)
Each piece has a slightly different texture due to the processing, and it is characterized by a gradual fading and aging effect with a vintage feel as it is worn and washed repeatedly.
