The outer fabric is a high-density double-weave twill made using fine-count cotton in both the warp and weft.
The fabric is not subjected to tension during the pre-treatment process, giving it more volume.
The finishing process gives it a vintage look, and the fabric is kneaded to give it an even softer finish.

This casual shirt is sewn using dress shirt stitching, and is designed to be just the right amount of oversized, with shoulders that are not too wide.
