These new work trousers were designed with inspiration from early 20th-century French military archives.
The suspender buttons, a detail that evokes the good old days, the welt pockets arranged on the waistband, and the cinch back design, which allows for a perfect fit without a belt, are all features that capture the essence of that era.
Material Description
Both the warp and weft threads are made of linen sourced from France.
The weave is a standard herringbone pattern, but the thread density has been increased to the maximum possible level.
Even just preparing the warp threads requires considerable skill, and the weaving process involves fine-tuning the settings based on the day's environment and the quality of the yarn.
Because this fabric is quite difficult to process, we refine it slowly and carefully many times during the pretreatment process, and for the finishing, we permeate it with silicone to create a resilient texture.
