KANEMASA PHIL. developed a unique 46G super high-gauge plain knit.
It is made from 100% 80/1 recycled Suvin cotton.
Afterward, it undergoes salt-shrinking and tie-dyeing processes.
This material, with its distinctive textured surface, is truly one-of-a-kind.
It is treated with a special soft dyeing process to further enhance the material's drape and sheer quality.
During drying, each item is air-dried individually to preserve the natural texture of the material.
Highly stretchable and irresistibly comfortable once worn, it's a new staple material that can be effortlessly draped over.
This high-gauge material, which is often difficult to work with due to its thinness, is finished with meticulous attention to detail.
The raw edges of the hem, sleeves, and pockets, as well as the gathers on the yoke and cuffs, are all produced in Japanese sewing factories.
The details are inspired by dress shirts and finished with shell buttons.
The brand's emblem is engraved on the back of the buttons. It features a box silhouette with a generous width.
