As the name suggests, this "artisan" shirt is meticulously crafted in every aspect, from the material and stitching to the dyeing process.
We created a super high-gauge jersey with KANEMASA PHIL.'s unique 46G.
It is made of 100% 80/1 recycled Suvin cotton.
Afterward, a salt shrinking process was applied.
This material, with its unique textured surface, is truly one of a kind.
Then, garment dyeing was performed.
A special softening and dyeing process was applied to enhance the drape and sheer quality of the material.
During drying, each item is air-dried individually to maintain the fabric's texture.
Highly stretchable, once you wear it, you won't want to take it off—a new staple material that can be worn casually.
We have finished this high-gauge material, which is usually considered difficult due to its thinness, with meticulous detailing.
The raw edges of the hem, sleeves, and pockets, as well as the gathers on the yoke and cuffs, are all crafted in a Japanese sewing factory.
The details are inspired by dress shirts.
Finished with mother-of-pearl buttons.
The brand's emblem is engraved on the back of the buttons.
It features a box silhouette with ample body width.
The drape when worn creates a unique atmosphere for the shirt.
Furthermore, by using raw cut edges and minimizing interlining, the silhouette is constructed solely by the fabric's texture.
