As the name suggests, this "artisan" shirt is meticulously crafted in every aspect, from the material and sewing to the dyeing process.
We created a super high-gauge plain knit fabric using KANEMASA PHIL.'s unique 46G. We use 100% 80/1 recycled Suvin cotton.
After that, we applied a salt-shrinking process.
This material, with its unique textured surface, is truly one of a kind.
Then, it undergoes garment dyeing.
A special soft dyeing process is applied to enhance the drape and sheer quality of the material.
During drying, each item is air-dried individually to preserve the texture of the material.
This new standard material is highly stretchable, providing an irresistible comfort once worn, and can be casually layered.
We have created a thin, high-gauge material, which is often considered challenging, with meticulous details.
The raw edges of the hem, sleeves, and pockets, as well as the gathers on the yoke and cuffs, are all crafted in a sewing factory in Japan.
The details are inspired by dress shirts.
It is finished with shell buttons.
The brand logo is engraved on the back of the buttons.
It features a box silhouette with a generous body width.
The drape when worn creates a unique atmosphere.
By using raw edges for the sizing and minimizing the use of interlining, the silhouette is constructed solely from the texture of the fabric.

* Salt-shrinking process: A process that creates an uneven surface by permeating the fabric with chemicals and shrinking it.
* Because organic cotton is used, contamination may occur, but please be aware that this is characteristic of the fabric.
* Due to the specifications of the production process, minor fraying and damage may occur. This may spread with wear and washing. Please handle with care.
