We have collaborated with Hamada Brothers Washi Factory, the sole producer of Tosa Gujo paper, which is said to be the thinnest handmade washi paper in the world, to produce washable washi paper.
This short-sleeved T-shirt has a hemp mesh pocket bonded to the washi paper and sewn into the chest pocket using Japanese book binding techniques.
This is an excellent piece that exudes the unique atmosphere of washi paper that cannot be replicated with fabric.
