This is a classic Tibetan coat.
This is an interesting pique material in which the stiff, flat woven fabric is washed and tumbled to shrink the backing threads, creating a kamaboko-like unevenness on the surface.
It has also been bio-processed to give it a textured feel and unevenness.
It has a heavy and modern impression.
