This is a GORE-TEX shell coat.
It is a 3-layer GORE-TEX FABRICS with a cotton outer material.
The fishtail hem has a drawstring so you can adjust the size of the hem. The sleeves are pivot sleeves for easy movement.

*Since the outer material is made of natural cotton, one of the product's features is that you can enjoy the fading of the color over time.
