These pants were created based on the 50's field cargo pants. They have a wide silhouette, but are slightly tapered. There are strings on the inside of the belt and at the hem, so you can adjust them without having to show the strings on the outside. Thanks to the special dyeing technique, they are less likely to shrink or get worn out in the washing machine, so you can wear them without worrying.
"Kyoto Hanging Dyeing" is a dyeing method used at a dyeing factory with over 200 years of history in Nishijin, Kyoto, which has been involved in dyeing products for the Imperial Household for generations as the dyeing and weaving master for generations. The fabric is hung in a circle with a gap of about 8 mm between each piece, rolled up into a cylindrical shape (spiral), and dyed slowly while immersed up and down in a bathtub to prevent the fabric from rubbing against each other, giving the material elasticity. This cotton material incorporates ATON's original dyeing technology, which is characterized by the "flexibility" that occurs when the product moves.
