The name "TCP" given to the variable tarp and poncho, also known as Palatka (Russian), is an acronym for Tarp Camp Poncho. With pole holes on the four corners to accommodate a tarp, and additional details like those found in clothing (a toggle on the placket, fasteners on both sleeves for fastening, and a drawstring adjustment on the hood), this is an ambitious piece that takes a single piece of fabric and makes it as wearable as possible.
