This is Old Joe's original recipe.
The yarn is made in Ibara, a denim production area. <br>The warp yarn has unevenness and strong neps, and is dyed with a dark indigo dye. <br>It is dyed.
The weft thread is a thread that looks like oxidized brown cotton. <br>Combined.
The fabric is in a woven state, called kibata,
It is only sanforized (shrink-proofed) using a special method.
This is different from the usual shrink prevention method. <br>It does not become a fabric with a hard surface, which is called rigid denim. <br>It has a soft texture.
Without compromising the softness of the denim <br>An elegant denim fabric has been completed.
The fabric weight is 10.5 ounces.
This season, we have this Kibata denim.
The fabric is given a one-wash finish at the raw fabric stage.

Match the faded look with the lunch jacket.
Jeans are recommended as a set.
Hand aging, remaking and repair are done one by one, taking time.
The scratches and repair marks are reconstructed into unique designs.
