This is a classic faux fur jacket with individually hand-painted graphics airbrushed and hand-painted by kimono artisans in Kyoto.
With techniques such as printing, the design only appears on the surface of the lying flat hair, but by manually airbrushing the hair down to the roots, the pattern remains clearly visible even when the hair moves.
Each piece depicts an iconic building from that country around the world, with the word "PAINTING" written in that country's language, creating a souvenir-like finish.
