[Outer fabric]
The fabric is tightly woven to replicate the threads used in the 501XX from the late 50's to early 60's.
Made from 13oz red selvedge indigo denim.

Original tack button [design]
The number of buttons, pocket shape, rivet location, and stitching color are based on the LEVI'S wartime model.
The length has been slightly extended to make it comfortable to wear without being too short.
The original design had a shallow shoulder slope, which caused wrinkles to accumulate from the shoulders to the armholes, but the silhouette has been improved by lowering the shoulder slope and raising the sleeve head slightly.

We have recreated the vintage look and gone through a process that can only be achieved by hand, resulting in a finished product with the feel of an art piece.
