Rover Chair Jacket

A jacket or DIY kit for the British Army ROVER Chair (a folding military chair).
Who does it belong to? Add some personality to your ROVER chair, which is becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish in the field. You can also use it as a repair kit for worn-out fabric that has been in use for about half a century.
This is just the fabric back and seat, unfortunately the chair itself is not included.
