A high-density waffle fabric, tightly packed to its limit, made from 100% 40/1 original recycled Suvin cotton.
This dense, bio-processed fabric, made with high-spec raw materials, features a smooth surface.
It is produced on an old 18G knitting machine, using two strands of 40/1 yarn held together.
Holding the yarns together allows them to stand up firmly, resulting in a beautiful surface.
Furthermore, by slowly knitting on an old double-sided machine without applying excessive tension, the fabric gains a pleasant loft.
Compared to conventional waffles that tend to stretch out, this waffle has excellent kickback and can create a unique drape.
It uses a sulphur dyeing method that creates an uneven texture, enhancing its character with wear.
The special dyeing process makes it easy to achieve color variations and a deep, rich hue.
With wear, color fading and other age-related changes occur, resulting in a vintage-like finish that contrasts with the luxurious material.
The product is pre-washed to reduce shrinkage after washing.
A straight silhouette that falls straight from the thigh to the hem.
The softness of the material makes it look almost like a flare, which is a key feature.
