A heavyweight waffle fabric, knitted to its utmost density, made from 100% original 40/1 recycled Subin cotton.
The heathered color is completely original, created by developing the melange yarn from scratch.
This fabric is characterized by its clean surface, achieved through its dense weave, bio-processing, and high-spec raw materials.
It is finished on an 18-gauge old-fashioned knitting machine, using 40/1 count yarns held together.
Holding the yarns together allows them to stand firmly, resulting in a beautiful surface.
Furthermore, by slowly knitting on an old-fashioned double-sided machine without applying excessive tension, the fabric gains a voluminous feel.
Compared to conventional waffles that tend to stretch out, this waffle has excellent kickback and creates a unique drape.
The fabric is pre-washed before delivery to minimize shrinkage after washing.
