Based on a denim jacket made in 1941-1942.
The silhouette features dropped shoulders, wide sleeves, and a cylindrical body with no tapered waist. It also features Fujiwara's iconic T-BACK* detail.
The stitching and details, such as the stitch pattern and stitching direction, are based on those of the time, but have been given modern strength, and the silhouette, such as the length and armholes, have been tweaked to reflect modern trends.
*The back is separated into a T shape. Originally the back was made from a single piece of fabric, but due to the larger size the back was made from two pieces of fabric joined at the center of the back.
