CANCELATIONS AND RETURNS
Unable to accept order cancellations after the Order Dispatched email has been sent.
Please understand that we do not accept product returns for any reason on the side of the customer.
Please note that due to the nature of viewing on a computer or mobile device, the product image may differ slightly from the actual color.
In addition, marks and wrinkles characteristic of leather products, vintage-processed products, and items due to the characteristics of the fabric and processing are not considered defective. ( We do not treat the color of the image as a defect. If you would like to know more about the size, color, shape, texture, etc., please contact us before purchase).
Please note that all incoming items have been opened for inspection.
About exchange terms
We only offer replacements if defective products or products that differ from those ordered have been delivered.
Please understand that we do not accept product returns for any reasons on the side of the customer.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following apply.
• More than 8 days have passed since the order was received
- Returned goods are soiled, washed, or in any way
- Underwear, swimwear, socks, accessories, and other items that directly touch the skin
- Goods are returned without original tags and/or packaging
In case of exchange
Please contact us by email (info@diverse-web.com) within 7 days of receiving the product.
You will receive a replacement for the product you ordered.
Please understand that we do not offer product returns or refunds whatsoever.
If we cannot provide the same product, we will refund your money.
In the case of refunds, the refund amount may not equal the purchase amount due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
