We would like to introduce the brand "YOKO SAKAMOTO" which we have started carrying this season.

YOKO SAKAMOTO is a unisex brand created by designer Yoko Sakamoto.
By avoiding unnecessary designs and staying true to the essence, we offer products that you will want to wear all the time as everyday wear.
Since her own wardrobe originally consisted entirely of men's clothing, she naturally decided to start a brand based on men's clothing.

After studying fashion design at an art university in the Kansai region, she entered the world of fashion. After creating her own works and holding solo exhibitions, she began working under the name "yoko sakamoto" in 2013. She has been presenting collections since the Fall/Winter 2016 collection.

"We believe that by creating a design that does not interfere with the characteristics of the material or silhouette, we can make the most of the inherent good qualities of the garment. I hope that if we can convey the skills of the artisans involved in our work in the best possible way, it will lead to the creation of products that the wearer will enjoy and cherish for a long time.”

The 25AW season began its release on Saturday, August 9th.

A plain knit driver's knit made from a blend of wool, cashmere, and silk, using yarn that has been twisted using the brand's original recipe.
The spinning is done at a factory in Izumiotsu, Osaka Prefecture, which mainly spins cashmere, and the entire process from design to knitting is done at a knitting factory in Yamagata Prefecture, making it an all-Japan product.
The minimalist knit and design make this an item that can be easily matched with any outfit.
