BRIEFING
In 1998, BRIEFING was born as a luggage brand pursuing true "militarism" in accordance with military standards and Mil-spec, possessing exceptional functional beauty.
The ruggedness born in American military factories combined with the meticulous craftsmanship unique to Japan resulted in a functional beauty praised as "MADE IN USA only possible by Japanese."
At its core is the philosophy of "ACTIVE LIFE GEAR," which leads life to active discovery. It seamlessly connects urban and field environments, expanding its domain into various active scenes.
For this collaboration, part of the White Mountaineering 2026 Autumn / Winter Collection, we created completely original models exclusively for this collaboration, based on BRIEFING's archives and leveraging the unique characteristics of the materials.
The greatest feature is the combination of three materials. Instead of simply combining different materials as decoration, we understand their individual properties and optimally apply them to areas where functionality is required, thereby highlighting the presence of the materials themselves.
500D CORDURA TRUELOCK NYLON
Utilizing 500D CORDURA TRUELOCK® NYLON, designed with high-strength nylon 6.6 filament. It offers excellent colorfastness, UV resistance, and abrasion resistance, achieving high durability for harsh environments. It is adopted in many items as one of BRIEFING's signature materials.
Duron
We adopted Duron, which is polyester-based with PU processing. It features a matte, rubber-like texture that adds depth and rich expression to the one-tone design. Furthermore, urethane processing on the surface enhances scratch resistance and provides excellent durability against hydrolysis.
1220D×1830D CORDURA
Uses a material with polycarbonate processing. Compared to general PU laminate, it is more than twice as resistant to hydrolysis and exhibits high abrasion resistance. Furthermore, the three-dimensional texture that leverages the original weave of the fabric gives the collection a powerful presence.

Featuring three three-dimensional pockets, it combines a classic outdoor bag design with BRIEFING's unique functionality. It comes with a detachable key holder and an inner pocket, and deep side pockets for storing bottles or folding umbrellas. While securing capacity for 1-2 nights' worth of luggage, it adopts a simple design that allows for flexible arrangement of items. Furthermore, it features a 14-inch compatible PC sleeve, a highly cushioned back and shoulder straps, and a chest strap, making it a model that symbolizes this collaboration with both design and practicality.

Designed to fit a 14-inch laptop, the front flap features a zip pocket along a diagonally placed webbing tape, elevating BRIEFING's iconic details into a design that combines functionality and aesthetics. The back has two pockets, and the bottom features an expandable gusset that allows for adjustment of storage capacity, achieving high practicality. The main compartment has a built-in 14-inch compatible PC sleeve, and the shoulder strap conforms to the body, along with a one-touch detachable buckle, providing comfortable use.

A completely original shoulder bag with an arched silhouette that naturally fits the body. The front features zip pockets of different sizes for functional storage of frequently used small items. The bottom gusset width can be adjusted by opening and closing a zipper. This design allows for flexible adjustment of storage capacity depending on the amount of luggage and the situation. The shoulder strap uses a military-derived buckle, allowing one side to be detached with a single touch. This enables smooth on-and-off even while wearing outerwear, and the strap, designed to contour the body, achieves a high level of fit.
A collection that embodies the functional beauty unique to White Mountaineering and BRIEFING, showcasing structure and texture.
This will be the final collaboration item between designer Yosuke Aizawa, who has expressed wonderful inspiration and designs for many years, and BRIEFING.
