"CCU (C-C-U)"
Based on the concept of "LEATHER-COMFORTABLE-PRODUCT," the brand selects soft leather materials that dispel the conventional image of leather as being stiff and difficult to wear, and creates patterns that respect the space between the human body and the leather.
This brand offers a lineup of leather items that fit into everyday life, created by designer Kaneko Tsubasa, who has been in charge of planning and production for labels both in Japan and overseas.
The brand name CCU (Cee See You) comes from a festival called "Chagu Chagu Umakko."
Chagu Chagu Umakko is a festival born from the "horse-loving spirit" typified by the Nanbu Magari family of Iwate, and originated as an event held as the only day of rest during the busy farming season when horses were still used for farm work.
CCU pays homage to the spirit of horse-loving and aims to create timeless products that people will grow to love more and more each time they use them.
