This is a Komachino model with a side adjuster.
The fibers are more uniform than regular chino fabric, and the fabric is more refined, so depending on the model and fabric combination, the chino is more refined than the standard NEAT chino, but it is closer to a pair of trousers. NEAT chinos are slightly more refined than chino pants, while COMA chinos are slightly more casual than trousers, differentiating the two.
